Mini Crop Event to benefit Moore Regional Cancer CARE Fund
Thank you to everyone who participated and donated at our 2008 Cut Out Cancer Crop. We raised over $10,000 to benefit the Cancer CARE Fund. In preparation for next year's event (and because we just love scrapbooking) we are planning another mini-crop in October to help raise money for the facilities costs, etc. for 2009. Event Information
* There will be large round tables that sit 4 people to a table, no assigned seating so get there early if you are coming with a group.
* We will not have power plugs available at each table for printers/computers/cricuts, however we there is a central place where you can plug in any tools that you may want to bring. Also, due to space we will not have all the die cut tools, computers and printers that we have at the full COCC. Please plan your projects accordingly.
* Yard Sale Area - 10am to 4pm (or until everything is sold) Anything left over will be stored until the Cut Out Cancer Crop 2009, items must be priced prior to crop.
* Door Prizes from 9am - 5pm.
* Drinks and snacks will be provided.
* Lunch is on your own - Eat in cafeteria or local restaurants (Pizza Cafe, Lil' Dino's, Villager Deli, Lowe's Foods, The Market Place, etc.).
* Event will be rain or shine, no refunds on registration fees or yard sale items.
* All monies raised at the event will go to fund the facility costs for the 2009 COCC Event, additional monies will be donated to the Cancer CARE Fund
