Ladies -

It is that time of year again with everyone getting excited for the Holidays, but we really are ready for the 7th Annual Cut Out Cancer Crop. Registration is now open for our 2012 event. We will be in the same venue as last year, at the Pine Needles Resort in Southern Pines.

We will continue to have lots of door prizes, vendor specials and food for all. Thanks again to Chip Best with Outback for donating dinner this year and our sponsors who are donating Subway for lunch.

We plan to expand the yard sale area and will be open to collecting any items you would like to donate prior to the event.  We are fresh out of stock and need your help with new donations…call any committee member for pick up or drop off of items up until the day of the event.

The Silent Auction was such a hit last year, we are bringing it back!.  Anyone who has items to donate contact Tammy @ 910-944-8859. We appreciated the previous donations from local businesses and home based demonstrators.  Anything donated and not used at this event will be used at future events. 

All vendors from last year will be returning, plus some new faces in the store area. Please visit the website for updates with all their contact information.  We did want to let everyone know that we will not have the tool center this year.

Finally, there will be an area designated where you can update your e-mail information the day of the event. For those who do not get the blast and other e-mails, please forward this to your friends to ensure the word gets out.

Time: 9 am - 9pm

Admittance is $50 per person 12 years and older. This includes a workspace, snacks and meals for the event.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. The deadline to register is January 31, 2012. Cancellations after January 15, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after January 31, 2012. The event is rain or shine, no adverse weather policy or refunds will be provided day of the event.

 All proceeds will go to benefit the Cancer CARE Fund of Moore Regional Hospital.
