Get Ready...October 2021!!!

Begins: October 8th @ 9am
Ends: October 10th @ 4pm
Where: Hampton Inn & Suites in Southern Pines
Cost: $140 per person


Registration OPENS on August 13th @ 8am via Eventbrite only.


Note: We will not be able to accept check payments or cash this year for registration due to the limited seating capacity. If you have friends or family, you can register for them through Eventbrite using a credit card, but their name must be listed on the ticket for the seat. No one will be allowed to purchase blocks of seats under one name.

Updates will be provided to our email list and our Facebook group at the same time. This year there is no early bird registration, which will mean seats will open in full and be available until they are all sold out. At that point, we will start a waiting list and can communicate updates when anything becomes available.

COVID Precautions: Due to the pandemic, there will be several changes this year so that we can continue to have the event:

  • Limited to 50 participants only, but every participant will have a full table to allow for social distancing in the room
  • All unvaccinated people will need to wear masks, for vaccinated people it is still highly recommended
  • No Food, Snacks or Beverages will be served by the committee, please plan accordingly


Depending on any changes in the state of our community, guidance by the CDC and/or requirements by the venue or FirstHealth, the Cut Out Cancer Crop Committee reserves the right to update any restrictions and communicate to croppers before the event.


Hotel Reservations: Special rates will be available for registered croppers. A standard room is $149/night and a suite is $169/night. Cutoff for reserving a hotel room at these rates will be September 10th @ 5pm.

Cancellation/Refund/Exchange Policy:
Since this is a Fund Raiser and sells out fast with a waitlist, there will be no cancellations or transfers of seats for this event.  The event will be held Rain or Shine as we have no adverse weather policy.  If someone registers and is unable to attend, we will need you to provide communication by email through the website or cancel through Eventbrite online registration site directly. Those seats will be opened to others on the wait list. While we will miss seeing you at the crop, your registration payment will be considered a donation and tax deductible.  All proceeds will go to benefit the Cancer CARE Fund of Moore Regional Hospital.

 Help Needed:Over the last year, we have gone through a lot of our yard sale items through the online Facebook Live sales. If you have any gently used crafting items, stashes of paper, stickers, stamps, tools, etc. to donate, please reach out to let us know! All yard sale donations can be dropped off at 2G’s Designs Scrapbook Store in Seven Lakes.

We still plan to host Vendors, Queen of the Crop, the Yard Sale, a modified version of the Silent Auction, Raffles and Door Prizes. More information can be found leading up to the weekend on our website or Facebook Group.
